Rahul qualified his LL.B. in the year 2011 and since beginning has been providing litigation support to various clients. His area of practice covers a bouquet of legislations pertaining to indirect tax, corporate laws, insolvency laws, etc.

Rahul has also been engaged in providing assistance to clients in raid/ investigation matters under taxation laws. He also has an added advantage of being a Company Secretary, which he completed in 2016. Rahul also handles matters pertaining to intellectual property rights of clients of the Firm.

Rahul has been associated with the Firm since 2016 and is primarily involved with litigation practice of the Firm. Rahul has been actively involved in preparation and filing of writ petitions/ appeals before Appellate Authorities, Tribunal and High Court.

He regularly appears before the different judicial forums for representing clients. He has also addressed several seminars on various issues relating to indirect taxation.
