Ravi’s practice area covers different genres of Indian laws. He specializes in taxation (direct & indirect both), insolvency & bankruptcy laws, corporate laws, dispute resolution and arbitration & conciliation among other laws.

He has advised Indian and foreign companies on structuring the operation model and tax implications thereon. Ravi has an overall experience of more than 15 years and has been part of two of the top three law firms in India viz. Khaitan & Co. and J. Sagar Associates.

While associated with above-mentioned law firms Ravi was part of the team that conducted diagnostic reviews of operations of manufacturers of bulk drugs, solar cells and modules, Zippers, smart cards, power back-ups and cooling solutions. In addition, he has advised a number of clients in setting up and reviewing supply chain models.

Ravi has successfully contested litigation matters for various clients before the High Court, different benches of NCLT, State Tax Tribunals, consumer forums, departmental authorities, etc.

He has advised various corporate houses on migration to GST, mitigation of tax liabilities, classification, rate of tax, issues in relation to input tax credit, etc. In addition, he is also involved in providing day-to-day advisory services and responding to the queries of the clients in his practice area.
